It will tell you there’s no wait and you check in online and get there and find out there’s two people ahead of you and it’s going to be a half hour. That’s happened to me three times. I told her i just wanted a trim of no more than half an inch taken off. Just a trim. She cut it so short that the back won’t lay down even using gel. I have to wear a hat for at least two weeks.
