Wait was short and the hair cut was good. I love the online check-in process. I don’t recommend making a visit without checking in online.

My brother and I came in late, near closing time yet the two gals were incredibly polite, very friendly and they both were very nice to talk to, and the haircuts were phenomenal. The gal who cut my hair, Alice, was very professional, very attentive, patient, and I am incredibly happy with my service. 10/10, will absolutely come again.

The manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. She throws new inconsistent “rules” at you most likely based on your skin color. If you want to be insulted in front of a full room of people or have your young kid’s haircut experience ruined for life, go to this place! If I were the owner, I would fire this manager right away. You can do way better than this, Great Clips!

Horrible…they are short staffed and did a rushed job and haircut was horrible. Half the time hairdresser walked away answering phone calls and looking away while cutting. She only wetted the edges in the back. Just awful! Avoid this location if possible!

Tanya helped me out with a trim on my hair. She was very nice and understanding when my toddler was too scared to get his own haircut. Both the ladies there were friendly and provided great service. Definitely will be back!

Critical: ProfessionalismI had checked in online. And when I arrived instead of being politely greeted the woman walked up to the computer and was very rude asking “name?” I was kinda thrown. I didn’t get a “hello” or “how are you?” No manners and it’s extremely unprofessional! I walked out and went someplace else. I’m tired of rudeness. You won’t keep clients this way.I had checked in online. And when I arrived instead of being politely greeted the woman walked up to the computer and was very rude asking “name?” I was kinda thrown. I tried to go here today. The lady was so rude, I can’t imagine how bad of a job she would do. If you hate your job or life that bad, do something about it. Don’t take it out on others

Friendly staff. A little longer of a wait because of staff shortage, but that seems to be everywhere lately.
