I came in with a coupon on my phone and asked if I could use it! The gal said YES! Another gal trimmed my hair, when I went to pay she said I couldn’t use it!!! I just got over cancer so my hair is real short! I’m on limited income so every penny counts! $16.00 was a big difference from 9.99. So I tried using my phone to look for the coupon. Of course my phone wouldn’t work in the establishment so I paid under duress! Once I got home that’s all I saw was the coupon she said I COULDN’T USE! I will never go back to them!!!!!

I went in and was helped right away in making an appt since the app was not working for me. They texted me 15 min prior to my appt to go in. The hairdresser cut my daughters hair and was very nice and made her feel comfortable. My daughter loved her new haircut. Thanks again.

My granddaughter and I go to the Great Clips in the Wells shopping mall by Walmart. I use their app so I never have more than a ten minute or less wait. Most of the stylists there remember us and know exactly what we like and get right to it. Everyone is very nice and easy to talk to and make you feel at ease. They do a wonderful job and the two of us are in-and-out in less than thirty minutes. I highly recommend them. The best advice I could give would be use their app for appointments because they are a very busy store and the walk-in wait could be lengthy.

Extremely rude hairdresser turned me away. No idea what her name is but she’s a large woman with blonde shoulder cut hair. I had been waiting to check in on their website for an hour but it kept saying the list was full. Google said they didn’t close for another 2 hours but then all of a sudden the great clips website said they would be closing soon so I rushed over. I sat down and she asked if I checked in online and I replied no. She said I had to leave because she was not taking anymore walk ins and they close in 25 minutes. I told her I couldn’t check in online and she raised her voice and told me “I am not taking anymore walk ins” I recognized there was no use in arguing about it and left. Just horrible customer service. I realize they are understaffed but no business should be turning customers away. I’m sure the owner of the store wouldn’t like that.

Normally we have a good experience at Great Clips. Checked in online, as that is the best and fastest way to get your haircut. Wait time was 89 minutes online. Got there about 15 before the 89 minutes wait time ended. Ended up waiting for an additional 3 hours in the store before hair was cut. No explain given, no apologies given for the extreme wait time. Definitely a completely off day for Great Clips.
