Omg the lady why cut my hair just butchered my hair, it’s a straight forward cut, nothing difficult, I pointed out that my bangs were crooked and she failed to fix it, I just paid and walked out.

Critical: ProfessionalismDon’t go here on Saturday’s. I’m very bummed. I did the only check in, waited the hour, got the text, said be there in 15, it took me 25 cause of traffic. The lady at the register was sweet about it and went to ask the manager and that person was very Blatant, loudly said he was late, moved to absent and will have to wait. Like this was some sort of public shaming… idk if for me or for the poor girl that was asking the question . Either way not professional. I normally come on Sundays, the group is amazing there and Ashley is amazing. I was then told she doesn’t work weekends anymore by the new manager. The apology was very fake. And they have lost my business at this location now. I give a 2 because the nice lady in the beginning didn’t ruin the experience, it was the one acting in charge.Don’t go here on Saturday’s.
