I normally have a good experience here – the haircuts are decent and the staff are normally very nice. Today, however, I checked in and the wait said 56 minutes – twenty minutes later it said 75 minutes(?) When it finally got down to 10 minutes I went to wait outside. I then waited another half hour. When I finally did get my hair cut the stylist was very stand-off ish with me – as though she didn’t like me for some reason. I didn’t hint at having to wait a long time or anything – I work a customer service job so I know things happen and it’s not always the employee’s fault. I also know people can have off days but this stylist had just been chatting with a couple and had been in a good mood. But with me it was almost like she had to put in effort to say anything to me. After paying and tipping her she handed me my receipt and didn’t say anything – just an awkward silence. I mumbled a “thank you” – unsure of what I did to make this stylist dislike me. As I said before, normally this place is pretty good, but this experience was enough to make me not want to come back. I gave 3 stars to give credit to all the other times I did have a good experience. But it only takes one to ruin it.
