I’ve visited this location 4 times, and now deciding it’s not worth it to return. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because each member has been very friendly. While 3 of the 4 visits they did a good job on the haircut, not once did they make ANY effort to get any hair trimming off my neck and forehead when finished. They will literally look at you with your forehead completely covered with trimmings and say “all done. How do you like it?”. They also do not put any product in your hair- not the end of the world, but seems every other place at least offers.

Two days later I revisited the store to request a correction and I was greeted by Celine who was very understanding and delightful to speak to while she delivered exactly what I had requested her fix regarding my recent haircut.
