Great haircuts at a low price. Been coming to this location for a while, and they’ve always done a good job and have produced good results for my hair. I was a walk in and I got seated to get a cut within 10 minutes. They also spent a decent amount of time on my hair to get exactly what I wanted

The ladies that work here are always nice enough, however professionalism lacks. I’ve been here twice with different people each time. Though I’m a guy and my hair is not complicated, I get a fade every time, I feel a haircut should take longer than 2 minutes (literally). For 20 bucks I expect at least 5 minutes of your valuable time which is still 400 dollars/hr. I’d rather pay 40 bucks to someone who will take their time and actually put some effort into their craft and I believe you will too.

The girl that cut his hair just did a complete shave with no fade and all the same length. His poor hair looks awful. This place is so hit and miss. The 1st time we went it was great and they did a very good job. However, this last time it was absolutely horrible. I went in soley to get a light trim, it should have been quick and simple. However, the woman who cut my hair did what she felt I needed instead and took off 1.5 inches after I expressly told her not too. I very specifically said I don’t want more than a half an inch off, and that I’m growing it out. I don’t know how this miscommunication happened, but she absolutely ruined my hair. The man who cut my daughter’s hair was extremely forceful and made her feel very uncomfortable. Mom had to step in at one point to tell him to just stop, and she’ll finish styling her hair. We absolutely will not be returning to this location.

Stylist used wrong scissors and instead of texture scissors she used hair cutting and left me with 3 bald spots. Called customer service who did absolutely nothing because it’s a franchise.
