Customer service is never an issue at any great clips I’ve been too but this location isn’t very good when it comes to giving good haircuts. The lady’s had excellent customer service and are extremely nice. But honestly total rip off. My daughter litterally got not even an inch of hair cut. Maybe a centimeter at most just to fix up her bangs, ( i thought the lady was just being nice when she offered to cut them) and charged me $7 for it. Could have done it at home by my self ♀️ My son’s hair cut did come out good though, and she was engaged with the kids, playing with them and trying to make conversation, which was really nice.

I had to update my review after straightening my hair. I did receive great and friendly service. I came early so they saw me right away. Asked for a trim on my short hair. It looked fine when I left. I thought she did a good job. But once I straightened my hair I noticed it’s drastically uneven. There’s lots of random long strands peaking through the sides. And the back of my hair has chunks of longer hair. This is the most uneven haircut I’ve ever received and I’m really sad about it. Friendly service, just did not do a good job.

Today was my second visit to this Great Clips location . The management has done an excellent job of hiring professional and talented staff. Ashley was my stylist today. She listened attentively to my preferences and followed through exactly as I had requested. I have fine, thin, naturally curly hair which is difficult to style. Ashley gave me a perfect cut which made styling at home easy and manageable. Thank you Ashley. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for stylists who provide excellent service and results.

This time I took my wife for the first time and the ladies working there were making gestures and comments about my wife while she was getting a haircut done and the worker said that she wasn’t able to do the haircut that she wanted.
