Miranda was the person that cut my son’s hair…. She had no emotion and dead face the entire time. Definitely could tell she was annoyed and hates her job. Even then still tipped her and she didn’t even say thanks…. won’t do that agin…and btw hated the haircut…. everyone.in the family wants to know who screwed up my son’s hair. I really liked the customer service and how fast i was goes out. Later on my wife said the back of my head didn’t look like it was faded right so i don’t know. When i got there i needed a fast cut and i was nervous and sweating and the lady even padded my forehead down with a little towel and to me that was really awesome and very kind so I’m confused whether to give a four or a five but I’ll give the five because to be honest i think and thought i looked great forward facing. We joke around the back of my head looks like a backwards Edgar now .

Staff has trouble following instructions. I specifically asked for scissors only no clippers to keep it longer on the side. Lady gets to talking and next thing I know she buzzes the right side…. seriously… people working here seem unhappy and a million miles away in their heads… I’ll stick to the other great clips locations after my hair grows out again…

Positive: ProfessionalismApsara is amazing ! She is so patient with my son who has autism. He always cries and its very hard to cut his hair. Shes always so sweet to him and never seems upset that hes fidgeting and screaming. She also manages to get his hair looking amazing even though my son is moving around so much!
