Will never go back to great clips. And I warn everyone else, do not go here if you care about your hair. The lady that cut my hair literally just cuts straight across the back of my neck not layering anything, now I just have this thick line across the back of my head because the lady doesn’t know how to cut hair and just cuts in a straight line with scissors. For someone who has medium/longer length hair and only get a haircut once every month or two, it’s pretty sad because it’s a big change and for a lady to not know what she’s doing and just mess up completely it’s made my anxiety horrible. Know what you are doing before you touch someone else’s hair and make them pay for it.

They don’t know anything about haircut. I gave it two tries, both times got the same lady with short hair. I wanted layers, but she just cut it straight across. I wanted till my shoulder but she cut it till my neck. Never going back here again!!

Went for a haircut and shampoo and this is what I got! Don’t go here unless you want to pay more to get it fixed! They won’t show you what it looks like from the back so you have to wait for someone to say something! Horrible place!
