I’ll give 2 stars only because I usually go here and get a decent job done. The girl with the dyed hair is attentive, polite, and does a great job. Had I known she was there, I would have asked for her, because instead the work was done by an older blonde lady who smelled terrible and looked like she was asleep in her chair when I walked in. It felt weird having to repeat what I wanted and almost start micro-managing to avoid a bad haircut, though it still did not turn out how I wanted. She seemed very unprepared and completely zoned out. I’ll come back, but make sure I request someone else.

Asked to get 6 inches cut ✂️ nothing fancy. All my hair was extremely unevenly trimmed down. I had to go somewhere else to get it cleaned up the mess. My first clue to get out of the seat should have been when the hairdresser if you can call her that asked dto borrow a spray bottle from another hairdresser…not prepared for work. Too forever just to cut my hair. How have you carried a licensed this long in your field?

Julie was absolutely amazing and my cut turned out exactly as I wanted it and more! Obviously, I had a lot of hair cut off, she even took the time to ask me if I had recently been through a bad break up or lost a loved one or had a traumatic event happen before starting the cut, which is awesome because us women like a dramatic change when we are depressed lol. Will come back soon!

Been coming to this location for years now, but that will change. June 12th Sunday I went in around 3:50 pm. Checked in with a wait time of 10 minutes. About 20 minutes later, it was finally my turn. The hairstylist who sat me down had just come out of the bathroom. I could SMELL her. Not sure if she didn’t wash her hands well or what else was not washed. But I cannot stand the stench – it would simply not go away as I sat there waiting. i decided to leave. it was disgusting :/

Ive been going here for a pretty long time and it seems that the newest people they have (idk If the management has changed) are not great at what they do. Went in to get my hair re-shaved down to a 4 because it was getting long, and my hairdresser was extremely rough with the razor! They were digging it into my skin so bad that I have a really bad rash on my neck and behind my ears now. Not only that but they seemed to be rushing super fast. I understand the pandemic has shortened the patience of everyone and the workers don’t get paid enough, but this was crazy.
