The stylists are nice, very nice… but every… single…time I’ve got my hair cut, there has been an issue. Missed spots, too much cutoff, uneven, etc. And I get it, if I had gone back and said something, they’d surely fix it… But, the reason there has been something wrong, every time, is that you’re treated like like cattle there. The stylists are always in a hurry, which I assume comes down from the top. From the owners/management. That’s a culture issue.

This was done so badly. They didn’t listen to any of my directions that I asked for, and were very unprofessional. I had asked for 1 1/2 inches to be cut off the top and 2 inches on the side, and she had cut three inches on both the top and side. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe haircut for my 4 year old was awful. It looks like a drunk child tried to do it. The back is uneven, the front is even worse. The “stylist” did not even fade any portion of the back of his hair. We were the only people there at 4 pm and other than our stylist there were likely 5-8 other stylists there smoking out back with all of the doors and windows open, the entire salon smelled like a wet cigarette. The haircut for my 4 year old was awful. It looks like a drunk child tried to do it. The back is uneven, the front is even worse. The “stylist” did not even fade any portion of the back of his hair. Great location and stylists. I usually go to the great clips closer to my house, but have gone to this location since they opened. The online check in great clips has keeps the wait times down. I was able to check in when I left my house and by the time I arrived they were ready for me. My cuts are pretty simple and boring as I don’t have much left on top and my stylist did a great job. My standard 2 on the sides and short on top was the best I have had in a couple years. Overall great clips is a good place for a hair cut with reasonable prices. I previously would go to Supercuts, but now prefer great clips.

My low key teenage daughter (with long straight hair) had the WORST experience here today. She asked for her hair to be washed & cut. – 6 inches. The stylist (Danielle) refused to wash it. Was verbally abusive, & told her she was done after 3 minutes. My daughter asked her to fix where it was severely uneven. Stylist refused. Overall horrible experience. (Had good experiences in the past). We won’t be back.
