Well I reserved my spot online. When I showed up I had just a few minutes left to go. Then they told me I had 20 some minutes because there was somebody there that they bumped me for. So that was great. Haircut is good. Their prices seem to have gone up.

It was like a chop shop. She didn’t give me a haircut she just chopped over 4” off hair. There is no style to it. It does not frame my face. The layers are all messed up. By far the worst haircut I have ever gotten. It is terrible! And unable to style it!! She talked more to everyone else then asking me about the style of it. So unhappy!!!!!!!!!

This checking in on line is absolutely stupid! I am sitting watching the stylist not cut hair because she is waiting on someone who checked in online. They give them 15 minutes to show up late for there time slot. It’s been 20 minutes now for her to look at her phone and not cut hair. Great clips your business practices are money losing stupid!

We just walked in without online app. The stylist Bekka was great with my 3 yr old too! Anyone who can handle and not at all show frustration get a + in noo his constant head movent(curiosity at every noise and sound) GETS A+. HONESTLY THOUGH I HAVE YET TO HAVE AN ISSUE AT THIS LOCATION. We will be back!

Fast and efficient as well as a great haircut for a great price. Staff is helpful and friendly. Just make sure you check in online to make your visit as refined as possible. I’ve forgotten to in the past and had to wait a while because of a line of people ahead of me. Also checking in online gives you an ETA on when to arrive. It has always been a pleasant experience.
