After literal years of not getting my hair done because of anxiety, I gave this great clips a go and it blew my expectations out of the water! Hannah M. did a shampoo and cut today and met my expectations tenfold. I got in with no wait since I checked in with the app, price was more than affordable, and Hannah tackled my long, thick hair effortlessly while also being super sweet and easy to talk to. She also confirmed length before cutting to make sure I was comfortable with the inches lost! I’d leave 10 out of 5 stars if I could. This is definitely my new go-to!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThere is a guy in there who is totally rude, unprofessional, and all in all a complete jerk. He didn’t cut my sons hair the way I asked him to which was just long enough to comb on the top with a high 0 fade on the sides. When I said something to him about it he kicked us out and told us to leave. I’ve been getting my sons and my hair cut there for a long time. Now I will never go back there again. GO TO THE ONE IN ANDOVER!!! They are way better and more professional by far. He didn’t cut my sons hair the way I asked him to which was just long enough to comb on the top with a high 0 fade on the sides.
