Typically good service and quick. However I am not happy as I’ve been trying to get a cut during the week for two weeks. They close at 6 and I arrive as soon as I can after work, typically by 5:45. Every time they tell me they aren’t taking anymore customers. I personally find this deceiving. If you close at 6 you should take customers until 6. You really close at 5:30. Not a happy customer.

Husband/sons have been here several times. Never get the same person twice so results vary. Lately, every time they come home, I have to fix whatever the stylist missed ( I am not a hair stylist and have absolutely no training). Found out they can go to a real salon for the same price and get consistently good haircuts. Not worth the money here!! My son looked like he had mange when he came home, very patchy. Think some of them need glasses!! My husband said never again!!

my wife was well due up for a haircut so she chose convenience and went to great clips! she’s been a few times before and had pretty decent cuts, but this time was not like any other. she came in, wanting a fade then a trim on the top. she came back home with barely any hair on top trimmed and what appears to be the rest of her head completely shaved. it looks like it’s going to be hard to fix this butchered hair, and it was a 16 dollar haircut. wish there was a money back guarantee for a bad haircut. :/

Checked in online and was at the #1 spot when I walked in. As I sat down I noticed an elderly woman with a walking cane (Annette) who was already there waiting. Being courteous, I asked her if she would like to have my #1 position in line and I would be happy to take her #5 position so she wouldn’t have to wait 45min. She thanked me and when they called the #1 spot she thanked me again and sat down to get her haircut. This was too much for the three stylists to wrap their heads around. Instead of just swapping positions with my spot #1 with Annette’s spot #5. They kept me at the top of the list in position #1 and somehow removed two other customers from the waiting list. They kept trying to call me next when it wasn’t my turn, thus bumping everyone down on the already messed up waiting list. As I politely declined the next spot and tried to explain the mistake, one stylist cut me off and began berating me. Shocked by their clear display of incompetence and lack of professionalism, I told her to just take me off the list and left because at that point there was no way I was letting any of them cut my hair, I just hope that Annette didn’t think she was the cause of their issue.
