The old white lady there literally ruined my hair, this is the ugliest I’ve ever felt in my life. I asked for my dead ends gone & walked out with a wolf cut SO SHORT i can’t even put it into a pony. Then after she told me she took 3 inches off my entire length. I never asked for layers, I just wanted my dead ends trimmed, thank god the young girl at Classy Cuts by Sally’s saved my life & fixed it. Will never go back

Worst hair cut experience I’ve ever had from dahlia today. I had to tell her to clean the chair before I sat down. I showed her a pic of what I wanted. She gave me something else entirely and then asked if it was good. I said no and made her keep going. I still wasn’t happy so she had quitacome over and help. I left still dissatisfied after she stated I had been in her chair too long. I look ridiculous and she didn’t even clean the hair off my face .I’ve never even seen such horrible service before.

Cut past the hair line in the back. Did not show me the back with a mirror. Got more of a crew cut on the back and sides. And who does not know what part down the middle means. Then at checkout I chose the no tip option, and she said no tip today. That is up to me if I want to leave a tip or not. You make at least 12 dollar’s per hour and I’m a five maybe ten minute haircut. Maybe it’s just getting time to find another place to cut my hair.
