Just had my hair cut by Penne. The worst experience I have ever had. I told her 3 times how I wanted it cut. She raised her voice and said your hair is too thin to cut it that way. I have had the same cut for years. She did not keep my hair damp so she kept getting knots and yanking. I will never go back to this location.

i normally get a high fade 1 or 2 on the sides faded to a 6 or 7 uptop. I have had my hair messed up twice by Penne. The sides look more shaved than faded. The fade is absolutely horrible with long patches almost everywhere. On the other hand the Stylist my son had was great. Unfortunately just because one bad hair stylist the place gets a one star.
