Terrible experience. I asked the stylist to give my toddler a buzz cut with a fade on the sides and back. She went on and asked my 5 yr old son what he wanted and he came out with longer spiked hair on top. And when she was done with my son she didn’t even ask me if it was short enough she just brushed him off and took off the apron and that was it. The fact the stylist looked at least in her 50’s, you would of thought she would of listened to the parent. Won’t be back.

If you want a 5 to 10 minute haircut, this is the place to go for that, however don’t expect a professional experience out of great clips, mediocre at best is where I would rate all great clips I have been to. If you want perfection find a good barber shop.

I came in for a haircut (took about 4 or 5 inches off) and it looked great. My only complaint was the lady who cut my hair (can’t remember her name, but had blue/purplish? hair) was kind of blunt and rude. Not even sitting in the chair for 2 minutes before she tells me I need to change shampoos because my hair had some buildup from my current shampoo/conditioner and she repeats it probably a good 10 times in the 15 minutes that it took to cut my hair. Makes a customer feel bad about themselves after a while.

This was quite possibly the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. Both of my kids got a total botch job. The stylist had to ask someone else to come fix it and even after the other person tried, it still looked horrible. I had to make an appointment elsewhere to get it fixed. We will never be back. So I’ve been to this Great Clips a few times in the past and the service was excellent. However, I went in just today to get and when I sat down in the seat I noticed that the clippers, scissors and combs were all covered in a ton of hair from the last client. The woman that was going to cut my hair did not even clean much less sterilize the tools that she was going to use on me. I had to get up and leave before she could touch my hair with anything.
