The Store manager was so patient and gentle with my daughters first haircut! Even though my daughters hair was a big challenge due to curls and product buildup causing her hair to be so tangled. The manager, wish I knew her name for a personal shout out. She was so patient and caring with her! So impressed by her professionalism! Highly recommended!

Critical: QualityHad a woman named Jamie who cut my hair. Told her that I wanted my hair trimmed and layered. I told her not to use a razor on my hair to do the layers since it causes split ends. She agreed and proceeded to cut my hair. She also thinned it some. Well her way of layers was to take the scissors and slice downwards. This is the same as a razor. When she was done after and hour. I had the haircut of Rosanna Rosanna danna from Saturday Night Live. Thankfully I still have length of the bottom layers. Now I have to wear the top layer starting at the neck in a ponytail or clip to keep it under control. I will never go back to great clips. Also took my Mom and her girl seemed to be racing someone because she yelled out 15 minutes. My Moms hair didn’t look much different than when she went in. Very disappointed. This place is a hit and miss on stylists. Typically the wait time is very short, prices are competitive with other places. You may end up with a stylists who knows how to cut and you may end with one who does a hack job. The difference between a good haircut and a bad one you ask? 2 weeks. 🙂 I gave it 3 stars because some ladies that work here can cut guys hair, Jessica and Lakin are the women you guys want who can fade decent. Maybe I’m just to picky. Overall a clean place to get an ok cut, just schedule ahead of time with one of the ladies mentioned above.

Good place to get a haircut, but apparently only if you’re a female. I called ahead just to see if they did fades (I have never been to great clips before so I wanted to make sure) the lady on the phone rudely told me they were cosmetologist and not barbers, said if I wanted a fade to go to a barbershop. Extremely unprofessional, I would understand if they kindly said “sorry we don’t” they would have gotten 5 stars because my wife likes going here for her haircut. But based on my experience it’s a one star.

Critical: QualityIt was uneven!!! I got bangs and they literally didn’t get both sides!! I hate it! So so so much. It looks like they put a bowl over my head and trimmed, I will NEVER ever go back. THEY EVEN Missed parts of my hair that weren’t even bangs short. It looks like my 6 year old brother did it0/10

Only went because hair cuttery was closed. I heard bad things but thought how bad could it be we’ll way worse. Got a fade some dude there. It was choppy on top and you can see clipper tracks on my head. I had a better cut firing quarantine by my mother.
