I have been going to this establishment for the last 25 years. I usually get my hair done by Maria who is awesome, but unfortunately today was the only day I was able to go in and she did not work there. I took a (horrible) risk by getting my haircut done by a new stylist named EDDY.

I got my expectations highly wrong after getting a haircut here!! So disappointed with the service from Liliana! She got it all wrong even though I showed my picture and explained how I wanted my haircut. My hair’s messed up and I have a big job interview in couple days! Great Clips raised price to $19 for a simple Haircut. It’s unbelievable but still I paid for it. What’s even more unbelievable is that Liliana (my stylist) forced me to give her a tip! Now, that’s insane!! It should be on the customer whether they want to tip them or not. I might not visit again but if I do, I’ll call in to check if Maria’s there. MARIA, WHERE ARE YOU? It was great to get my haircut with you during my last visit!
