Been coming to the Rolling Medows Great Clips for several years now. Today was the worst experience with the stylist Maribel. Got a horrible haircut and told her why too, not even an acknowledgement of what she did wrong or apology. Got my kids hair done here and they were fine. Very poor customer service skills. She is off the list for future haircuts.

The staff was very unfriendly. The stylist did not offer a shampoo and style. She seemed not interested in talking to about what how style my hair. When I asked her name she seemed insulted and said it is on the reciept. I was asking her name to try her again.

The best staff I’ve ever encountered. Everyone is so friendly and very polite . Their customer service is amazing and they are so patient . I’ve had the pleasure to encounter all of them . Emily the manager is so knowledgeable and can do any type of service you need . She is a wonderful manger any questions I have she always is willing to help . Stephanie works so efficiently. Zivana is so kind , and Margie can do just about any haircut . They truly have fixed the integrity of other customers hair . 10/10 recommend !

I received very bad service from this location today. When i entered in to the store i told them to check my hair style in your system. He said he checked in system. He cut my hair very worst. There is one lady in this store she is cutting my hair accurately. When i told to this hair stylist, when she is available, he told me with attitude, can i drive to her home? Totally worst experience from this location.
