While I was sitting here waiting on my daughter to get a trim a elderly man came in to check his wife in and the receptionist was so rude to him “Kassie” I think her name was? My heart broke for him. Then as he went out to get his wife she took it upon herself to talk bad about him to her assistant manager. Very bad for business. Definitely will not be back. People get old, they are hard of hearing. If you are not good with public this is not a job for you my girl.
