Friendly staff. Recommend checking in online as there are some days the wait has been 90mins plus. Haven’t had issues with a bad haircut. I did dock one star because I asked a stylist to trim my side burns and she charged me for a full beard trim.

They did a wonderful job cutting my three year olds hair and they always do well when I get my hair cut. Friendly ladies that are also fine with just sitting in silence while they cut. Clean environment. They do good work and their prices are reasonable.

I’m an impatient guy and when I want my hair cut I don’t want to make an appt in advance. I consistently get right in at this Great Clips, get great service and great haircuts with little or no wait. Their app is nice too since it allows me to check in before I leave the house and gets me in line. This is why I’ve been getting all my haircuts here for several years. Great job Great Clips team!

Long wait, no offer to shampoo which I needed, told me face framing wasn’t there to trim up it was just broken ends and that wasn’t touched up. Wasn’t shown the back of my hair at the end so I could see it. Stylist told herself to pay attention.very uncomfortable and didn’t ask for what I wanted as I didn’t feel like it would be done well.

Jeanine gave me such great service! I had not had a trim in over a year so she had her work cut out for her, but she did an outstanding job (and I’m kind of picky about my hair cuts which is why I’m always so reluctant to go in.) She was friendly and funny! She definitely knows what she’s doing! I called later to tell her manager what a great job she did not knowing she IS the manager! Lol! Anyone considering going to New Prague Great Clips, don’t worry! You’ll be treated well!
