Attempted to get a specific type of cut at this location, was told that they had someone that could do this cut best and instead of lining me up with the best person I was told it would be the next person and waiting for the the best person for the cut wasn’t an option. Last time I was in this store attempting a cut someone removed me from the list without saying anything and refused to honor my place in line at the same time as my companion. Instead I was told it would be an hour wait. Why are they refusing business and providing such horrible customer service? How would waiting for the correct person to do a specific cut mess anything up? People would simply go before me, not me cutting in front of anyone. So not impressed and after repeated horrible customer service I will not attempt to do business with them again. Shame on you great clips for allowing this.

Very rushing to cut my kids hair. No patience and not a professional at all. And even did not do a properly cut, very mess up my kids hair and I have to take my kid to fix her hair in another salon next day. I won’t come back to this place in my life.

Critical: QualityWent in for a fade and came out with a buzz cut minus a patch of hair on top of my head. This was supposed to be a nice haircut before my wedding. There wasn’t much that could be done to fix it after so I just have to deal with it and never go back there.Service: Haircut

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityOMG! My daughter just got the worst haircut there ever. We are dying laughing. We immediately came to another one and we are all laughing so hard. Apparently the clips we’re now at gets a lot of requests to fix what the Richfield folks screw up. I used the check in ahead feature and was told it would be 30 minutes, and that I would get a text 15 minutes before they were ready for me. I arrived 25 minutes after checking in, figuring the text system wasn’t working and that there were 5 minutes left in my wait time. I was then told (very politely, not the employee’s fault) that I had another 25 minutes left to wait. This happened last time too. If the wait was 50 minutes from the beginning, that’s fine, but I need to know ahead of time. Please fix this feature!
