Great Clips

Positive: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’d been trying to find a place to get my hair cut all morning, but no one else had any availabilities. However, when I checked in at Great Clips I was told I’d have a 40 minute wait, but I was able to get my hair cut immediately. The person who cut my hair (Mary, I think) did a fantastic job and I could tell she genuinely cared. I’m especially impressed that she was able to cut my hair so close to how I envisioned it even though I’m not the best at explaining things. I’d been trying to find a place to get my hair cut all morning, but no one else had any availabilities. However, when I checked in at Great Clips I was told I’d have a 40 minute wait, but I was able to get my hair cut immediately. The person who cut my hair (Mary, I think) did a fantastic job and I could tell she genuinely cared. I’m especially impressed that she was able to cut my hair so close to how I envisioned it even though I’m not the best at explaining things. I’m moving to the area soon and will definitely be coming back! 🙂

Critical: ProfessionalismI showed up and put my name on a list and was told about an hour and a half wait. I waited in store for about 35 min and once people started showing up on time for their cuts I left and waited in my car. I was paying attention to when customers left and started going in as I saw he last one leave, in the time it took me to open my door they must have locked the doors.i knocked and explained this exact complaint and was told by the lad that checked me and was told they take care of who was first on the list. So you would have just kicked me out If I waited inside? (which by the way gave up my seat so one of the 8 kids someone brought all at once could have an extra seat)All I needed was a trim and high fade on the sides, missed out on 50%+ tip I showed up and put my name on a list and was told about an hour and a half wait. I showed up and put my name on a list and was told about an hour and a half wait. I waited in store for about 35 min and once people started showing up on time for their cuts I left and waited in my car. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy husband and son went to get haircuts after checking in online. The check in person was very rude. They both got haircuts and the stylist did not go by anything that was requested for. She just made up her own ideas and wasn’t anything my husband or son wanted. My husband and son went to get haircuts after checking in online. The check in person was very rude. They both got haircuts and the stylist did not go by anything that was requested for. She just made up her own ideas and wasn’t anything my husband or son wanted. And they were cut way too short, almost buzz cuts!!! We have decided to never use great clips again.
