I am not impressed by the scheduling. You used to be able to walk in, now you have to check in and hope they can see you. They used to hold times for walk ins. What if someone doesnt have internet or a phone. The haircut was great dont get me wrong but you can’t just go get a haircut.

Been going to Great Clips ER for years – the online checkin was the number 1 reason – I could schedule around meetings or errands. However the last 5 times the online scheduling has been wrong. example -I checked in online with a 76 minute wait – arrived at the 75 minute mark – after sitting there 15 minutes I asked the wait time and was told another hour — this is unacceptable!! if your app times are so unreliable DO NOT OFFER it.

I checked in at home 15 minutes away. I arrived, walked in and sat for maybe 2 minutes. Natalie was my stylist, she wasn’t rushed or too slow. She let me check my length and gave me exactly the cut I asked for. She was wonderful and I would ask for her again! Hairstyling

This place has great people. Horrendous scheduling. I have used other great clips with zero scheduling issues. This one kicks you out or they can’t find you… Has happened to me multiple times. If you are in need of a haircut I recommend another location as you could show up and need to wait the full period… Haircut

Called yesterday to make sure my 7 y.o. daughter will be able to get her hair cut for donation (wigs for kids). Was reassured that they can do it. Came in today, waited 50 minutes in line just to learn they they don’t even have rubber bands and won’t be able to cut it for donation. It felt like me and my daughter were annoying the hair lady who was working with us. I understand, everything can happen, and maybe they do a great job with other services, but my experience wasn’t so excellent today.

Always get a great cut here! All of the different stylists I have had cut my hair have been really friendly and done a great job at a fair price. Always clean and a nice atmosphere. Make sure to check in ahead of time as it gives a good guide on when stylists will be available.
