Friendly staff! A girl named Addie cut my hair and she did SO good! My hair is super thick and I always ask for layers, and I always feel like they rush through. It took a while (about 1.5 hours) but that isn’t a bad thing! We had nice conversation, she thoroughly cut my hair to make sure I liked it, and she was just overall so nice!

Long waits and not much seating. But staff is friendly and the quality of haircuts is decent. No major complaints. Overall good experience besides the waiting around. I checked in online an hour ahead of time but still waited half hour once I got there so not sure why they have the option if it doesn’t really “check you in” until you arrive

I went in for a men’s haircut.. high and tight with blending. This person mutilated my hair! There was no consistency of any kind. It was all over the map. I ended having to shave my head on the lowest setting when I returned home and saw just how bad this cut was. I was asked if they did it on purpose was how bad this cut was.

Sat there waiting 5+ minutes to be helped. The receptionist made eye contact with us many times and continued to ignore us. (We were the only 2 people in the lobby) once someone new walked in the door she magically helped them as we continued to just sit there. Then as we’re leaving she goes “are you guys leaving” like yes we’ve been sitting here getting absolutely ignored the entire time. Definitely won’t waste my time here again. 1/10 don’t recommend

Price is reasonable and it was is a nice looking store. Wife seems to be happy with her haircut. They didn’t blow dry her hair so we had to head directly home and come back into town. She also had clippings still in her hair which created a huge mess.

I had a girl with blue hair and she was superrrrrr nice. She actually talked to me, started small conversation, and asked me things about my hair like if I wanted small layers and like a face shape layer, and it turned out really good.
