During my haircut, I did not get the haircut I asked for. After the stylist was “done”, I asked some clarifying questions to go shorter with some layers, I got an eye roll and a sigh. After that was done, she turned the chair around. I asked about getting my hair blow dried since it was sopping wet from the cut (and could then see what the cut was like) and was told that would be an extra styling charge. I’ve been to other Great Clips before and that was never the case.
