I’ve been going to Great Clips Lowell since it’s inception. They’ve always done a great job with the exception of a few slip ups. Very talented staff & very affordable. That is not what prompted me to write this review though. Today I went in for a haircut like I always do, every month. I was assigned Mercedes, she has cut my hair before & always does a great job, but today I had a funeral to go to & wasn’t in the best mood. We had our usual small talk & she did a great job like always. Upon leaving she insisted the haircut be on the house & was very sweet. I know it’s just a haircut, but this meant a lot to me. It’s not everyday a stranger goes out of their way to make you feel better. Thank you Mercedes 🙂 & thank you Lowell Great Clips for having such an exceptional staff. I look forward to my next cut.
