This was my first time at this location. Went in Jan 13th for a regular trim after not having cut my hair for a long time I figured I would get myself cleaned up. I was in the chair 5 min when all the stylist did was cut my hair straight across the bottom without trimming the underside or sides. I failed to get her name. I left the salon feeling like half my hair was cut and upon returning home noticed split ends were still left scattered in my hair. Very disappointed. Will not return.

Worst experience ever, I called before I signed in online, as they said they can make hair styling if I check in online. Did that and drove 30 minutes from home to tell me they cannot make any hair styling, just haircut! They are liers and so unprofessional, I got mad when I saw someone else without online check in to come and get a haircut before me, and I was lied and kicked off without getting any hair style. And it was for my gender reveal party. They had waiting list of 5-6 people for haircut after me and couldn’t make any curles for me?! What a waste of time, I lost 1 hour driving of my time! Terrible service! If you want to go for a great haircut and service, I recommend Great Clips in Novi on Beck Rd.
