Critical: Quality, ValueTook a client to great clips today from Penelope 60. We showed the hairdresser two pictures of how she wanted her hair cut and she acted like she understood. Started shaving and chopping and then she thought she was done. Client got on her glasses and saw that it was chopped all wrong. She gave her short layers and half of the shaved part still has long pieces and about an inch long after the part. My client was crying and all they could tell her is that her hair was already cut they can’t put the hair back. Very unprofessional and they clearly didn’t listen or pay close attention to the pictures. She goes here because she can’t afford other places and she isn’t able to drive anywhere. I checked in on their app and it said I had a 50 minute wait. I showed up 60 minutes later and still had to wait 90 more minutes for a haircut. They should move away from their “check in online” method and go back to first come first serve. It’s absolutely maddening how difficult it is to get a haircut these days!
