I really enjoyed getting my hair done here. I had heard some bad things about this place from other people. But it was open and I was over it. So I took my chances. Now I am glad I did. The manager there,(her name is Brittany), cut my hair exactly as I had asked. We had great conversation during my entire visit. She seemed to really know her stuff. And she was very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get their hair cut.

Took my girls to trim and haircut plus washes for both. They let me know ahead of time that for hair wash they could get wet due to their size and it’s usually for older clients that ask for a wash.

The stylist Courtney did an amazing job. She had tips for my young son, and chatted with him about a game he enjoys. They don’t allow you to make appointments, but do have a check in feature that notifies you when they’re nearly ready for you. Good experience overall.

Last time using this Great Clips. Have given it chance after chance on my child’s hair, but won’t be back to this location. The first bad experience was a few months ago- the stylist argued with me about how my son wanted his haircut. He just wanted a basic cut with a little longer on top. After her arguing, she then went back and finished it but the haircut was so choppy looking. Todays experience- a stylist skipped over my son saying she refuses do children because they are gross. Also, music playing with f bombs. Very unprofessional.

I love the check in online option. The stylist was pretty thorough at asking how I wanted my hair cut but cut it way to short. She asked if I wanted it over the ear or half covered. I replied half my ear covered. Well that is not how it cut. It is completely over the ear. I also don’t care to hear about your medical history.
