I usually see Terrell as he is very pleasant to work with and does a fantastic job at cutting my hair. Unfortunately Terrell was not available today so I had worked with a different stylist. Jenny (The Stylist) was very rude towards the fact that i was not quite sure of the correct terminology when explaining how I like my haircut. She acted as if I was testing her knowledge or her ability to cut hair. She did not say a single word to me during the whole haircut. It was the worst, most unpleasant, unprofessional, unpersonable haircut experience Ive ever had. Im second guessing going to this location in the future due to this experience. If you do go here, i would specifically request for Terrell.

The wait time was long olny two hairstyles and the female was amazing kind fast but not too fast she did everything that was asked. The other guy hairstyles didn’t seem interested in anything olny giving life suggestions to one client he spent honestly 45 minutes on a trim while given life quotes. I felt bad for the person in his chair. He was just looking like please hurry up he even said a few times I’m going to be late an the guy just keep stopping to talk about life quotes and experience. After begging my fiancé not to bring my son here he took a leap of faith and brought him. Well needless to say my fiancé knows I was right now and said never again, thankfully hair grows back. His hair is completely crooked. Half longer than the other. I won’t call out the person by name but as I told my fiancé do NOT go here. Way to many horror stories from people. Learn from us.

Critical: Quality, ValueAll I asked for was a bang trim. I had grown out curtain bangs and needed them touched up, and I showed multiple pictures. I didn’t get the name of the lady, she was just older. The cut took less than 10 minutes. My bangs are now (maybe) an inch long, they are nowhere near curtain bangs. They’re uneven, they stick out, they don’t stay down and they can’t be styled. My bangs are absolutely ruined and the only way to fix this is to let them grow back. It was the worst job done on my hair in my whole life, and I paid for it. I paid $10 for the cut and $10 for headbands to hide the hack job done to my bangs. Will definitely not be coming again and I would recommend people to run far, far away. Very disappointed I have to now hide my hair through the holidays due to negligence or ignorance, I don’t know what I would call it.
