While waiting to be called I got to hear stylist Kim loudly and obnoxiously tell everyone about her family recently getting over the flu. Then her and stylist Gracie publicly conversing and talking badly about the village mayor. The two were more focused on their own conversation than doing business. I’ve had some questionable experiences at this location before and started going elsewhere, but decided to give another chance. The unprofessionalism displayed by the staff has turned me off to visiting this location again.
