I normally love this Great Clips… however, I brought my son in today for a haircut. I told the stylist exactly what I wanted (basically a simple trim). My son (who is only 9) must have jokingly said he wanted a mullet and that’s exactly the haircut he was given. So disappointed that I was disregarded as a parent. I had to pay $14 plus gratuity for a haircut that was completely different than the simple trim I had asked for. Even worse, this was done right before Christmas. Definitely will have to get it fixed somewhere else.
