Critical: QualityAround a year ago, I went in here to get a haircut. They cut my hair a bit shorter than I’d asked them to, and were a bit rougher than I was used to, but I didn’t want to cause a scene. The workers were polite, and kept up pleasant conversation, and I chalked it up to me communicating what I had wanted poorly.The issues arose over the subsequent months, my hair grew back patchy and uneven, and started to fall out in places. When I went to a different hair stylist to try and tidy it up a bit, they discovered burn scars on my scalp.I’ve debated back and forth about whether to bother posting a review, but feel it is necessary. To be clear, I do not think it was due to malicious intent, or even true negligence. Accidents happen. Around a year ago, I went in here to get a haircut. They cut my hair a bit shorter than I’d asked them to, and were a bit rougher than I was used to, but I didn’t want to cause a scene. The workers were polite, and kept up pleasant conversation, and I chalked it up to me communicating what I had wanted poorly.

Critical: ValueThank you for giving me the worst hair cut I’ve ever had. I asked specifically for the hair stylist to not do two things, and she did both things and I left literally crying. I still paid and I still gave her a tip, but I literally want to shave my head. Everything is uneven, I have layers up to my chin and I look like a 5 year old. I hate this place and I will go anywhere else BUT HERE forevermore. Someone literally knocked on my car window to see if I was okay because I had a panic attack in the parking lot. To the stylist that wasn’t wearing a nametag- I HOPE YOUR HAIR FALLS OUT. I came to you to help save my hair after a hair mask destroyed it and I feel even worse about it than when I came in.
