I love Great Clips and it has always been my choice for hair care. My recent experience changed that. Usually I have a woman with colorful hair that does my hair and is very attentive and polite, show’s professionalism as well. She has always done my hair exactly how I want. The lady with the short high brown ponytail wasn’t very attentive and lacked professionalism. I didn’t like that my hair was dry cut. My hair is all one layer with a long chunk.

I didn’t know that I was going to be the guinea pig for students. When the general manager has to step in and take over my haircut that’s a big red flag for me. The ladies were very friendly though.

The stylist hacked the top of my son’s hair after we told her he likes to keep it longer. Now, I have to take some fault because my son, who’s only 7, but has been to other great clips before mentioned a 3 and I should have clarified what a 3 meant. I just assumed since I told her he likes the top longer and to keep it spiky, and she’s the stylist, she wouldn’t think I wanted it shaved. She also nicked his ear and didn’t tell me.
