I had a picture of what I wanted and the end result looked nothing like the cut I got. I guess the hair cutter (not using the word stylist because she wasn’t) only knew one cut to do, which is the back is shorter than the front. I won’t explain further, but it is without a doubt the worst hair chop I’ve ever had. I’m 64 and care nothing about the trending look, but prefer classic cuts. I just want to cry because she cut it so short I can’t even style it. Ughhhhhhh!!!!!!!!! Please don’t respond by saying contact your company unless you know of some way to put hair back on the remaining 3 inches left on the back of my head. Totally disgusted!

I dont understand how this place has such great ratings…everytime my family and I have been here, our hair has been BOTCHED. Super choppy and uneven….they let anyone have those jobs because these people have no clue what theyre doing… I came in for a bang trim and some layer added to me hair…My bangs are stretched across my face more than they were prior. almost wide enough to reach my ears. My bangs have always been thin and they thickened them so much for no reason. She didnt even layer my hair! just chopped a bunch off….I HAVE A RAT’S TAIL AT THE BACK OF MY HAIR NOW…Never coming back after this one…the uneven hair cuts were bad but this is just jaw dropping.

I came in yesterday asking Melinda to cut my hair to go to the wedding tomorrow that I had planned on. Why can’t people listen to what you are asking???? I want come back ever again!!!! ask her to cut off 1.5 inches straight around and stack up the back one inch. What I got was 4+, FOUR PLUS INCHES CUT OFF AND VERY HIGH STACK UP THE BACK. I’M ASHAMED TO GO TO THE WEDDING!!!!! I LOOK LIKE A DOG!!!!!
