I have never left a Google review towards a hair cut, nor did I ever want to, but I cannot allow anyone to go to this place thinking they will get a decent haircut. Regardless of what you may read about some great stylist here, do not expect that. I went in with 4 inches of curly hair and asked for an inch off, I received an inch of hair left on my head. There is no fix, or anything, this company can do to make me ever return to this location. I used to go to the ChampionsGate location and loved their stylist, so after just moving to Windermere I thought I would be safe here. While I believed the worst that could happen was they cut my hair uneven, I now regret ever stepping into this building. I ran to the Supercuts around the corner and they did everything they could to make this inch of hair more even and have somewhat of a style to it. If there is anyone reading this who is wondering if they should take the risk at this location, don’t. Go to the Supercuts around the corner because even if they do not cut your hair perfect, I would not want anyone to experience what I just did at this place

The gentleman cut my hair and also a shampoo. I didn’t want to go out of the salon with what hair I asked the gentleman if he would blow dry it. He replied yes but it’s $37 to blow dry your hair. I said to him no I don’t think so and I paid and I left I will never go back again that’s ridiculous $37 to blow dry my hair. Haircut

I asked for two inches and about three was taken off in the style that I did not ask for. After checking in and waiting 30 minutes past my appointment I was told it would be another 20 minutes as they had walk ins that had arrived moments before me.
