Positive: ProfessionalismGreat Clips is usually our go to for haircuts. The price has gotten way too high for a men’s haircut. It is $17 dollars now for a basic cut. Critical: QualityHorrible service. New lady with the purple hair, gages with purple crystals coming out her ears did a horrible job. First off, she cut my hair in under 20 minutes, second she didn’t even use a spray bottle, third she missed a lot, fourth she over cut my bangs and the right side looks like she scalped with a buzzer. After the service I didn’t notice a license on the mirror like most stylist have. Horrible service. New lady with the purple hair, gages with purple crystals coming out her ears did a horrible job. The lady who trimmed my bangs was super duper sweet, but unfortunately didn’t do a thorough job. The first thing my husband said when he saw me was “wow, your bangs are super lopsided ):” and sure enough, they were. My bangs are about an inch longer on the right than they are on the left. It’s definitely not good when even your husband’s feedback on your haircut is negative!

Critical: QualityTook my 9yr old today and got his hair cut. Usally i never have a problem but, there is a lady that i never seen before there working. She chopped my son’s hair and the line is super uneven i don’t think anyone can save it. It waay to high in the front and super low in the back. I didn’t even get my refund. I am not happy!!

Stylists are pretty friendly but none of them has gotten my husband’s hair cut just right. My cut was pretty good but very simple. For these reasons, I usually wait for deals on price. We all have to start somewhere in our careers. But I think most of us know you kinda get what you pay for in certain situations. We will probably end up going back for it’s only fair to judge after experiencing the majority of staff. They do have an online appointment thing for convenience and time constraints. You might have to sign up for repeat customer reward program to use that though…I can’t recall completely.

I was able to talk to Jess and Fallon and they fixed my sons hair without questions. They will talk to you about your day and make you feel like family!! This is a great place to get a haircut. If you have the online app your check-in is Flawless quick and convenient. The hairstylist are kind, fast and know what they’re doing. Only reason it’s not 5 Stars it’s kind of hard to find the first time. But well worth the look if you need a haircut.
