This is my own fault for not better looking at my hair before I left.i have extremely poor vision and can’t see detail from a barbers chair so I typically have to just trust my barbers to do right by me. I’ve had enough haircuts at this point in my life to know no hair cut done in 5 minutes is going to be a good one. I shouldn’t have to go home and clean up with a standard razor what I paid a barber to do. I didn’t ask for it to take 5 minutes either. I would have happily sat there for an hour if it took that long. I know I asked for a very simple high and tight with an inch left on the top but at least a tiny bit of care could have been taken to make sure it was at least even and fully cut before I left. I understand we all have bad days and I feel guilty just leaving a bad review but you can’t charge someone for a haircut you expect your child to give you.

honestly the worst haircut i’ve ever gotten. i’ve been to great clips in other places before and they have been great, but Tammy at the leesburg location spent 5 minutes cutting my hair. it is completely uneven all over and looks like she just missed half of my hair. i’m going to have to go get a haircut to fix what I got today from her.

I recommend an appointment before going, their waiting area is quite small with only a few chairs. There is also a sign in paper when you walk in sometimes so they can keep track of your place in line. The employees are friendly and respectful. during the hair cut they were gentle on the head and kept a good conversation. I only needed a fade which is not common for barbers in the area and they did a fairly good job with what they had. I paid $15 before a tip. They also have products such as shampoo and condition or styling products you can purchase from them as well.

Be sure to check in online! They have some decent people working their but I have to say that Pam stands out among the rest! She’s very attentive! She really strives for quality over quantity and I’ll definitely be going back and requesting her from here on out! It’s been a while since I had a phenomenal cut and Pam definitely delivered!

I’m not one to leave a negative review but the management / corporate office needs to be made aware of this. The woman that cut my hair (cannot recall her name but I think it was Tammy), had a most unprofessional attitude (she was far more concerned about the visit from the corporate office that had visited and just left). She could not have cared less about me or the haircut I was there for. More alarming was the comb she used was absolutely filthy. I am sure the health department would not be impressed.

Critical: QualityIt takes alot for me to leave a negative review and to put the name of a person, but this drew the line for me. Although they are nice not everyone should be cutting hair and Tammy in particular has never done a good job and anytime she calls me up I just pray this time she’ll do good but it’s a fail every time and part of that is my fault for giving her chances and not saying anything to avoid hurting someone’s feelings. She cut my hair and my son’s hair really fast and she had our hair wet and brushed to the side, so of course it didn’t look bad. But when I got home and brushed my hair after it dried my bangs literally looked like a uphill climb with strands about an inch longer then my cut (a 3yr old got ahold of scissors kind of cut) . Now I gotta find someone to fix it because of how terrible she did with no exaggeration.
