I just came to get only a shampoo wash and it seems as if the lady who did my hair was a new employee. She was nice but she hardly washed my hair correctly. I explained before hand I haven’t done much to it in days so she proceeded to brush it out before washing but my hair is still not clean. They told us over the phone before arriving it was $8 so I do understand you get what you get here I guess. But some orange hair lady tried to explain to my partner that since o wasn’t getting a haircut the wash would be $13?? Luckily we weren’t charged $13 but all in all if you want your hair done fast and cheap go there. I wouldn’t recommend if you actually want your hair done with more care

I usually take my father to get haircuts at Great Clips. This by far was the worse Great clips ever!!! She literally took 5 minutes to cut his hair and acted like she was afraid to touch him. I would never come back to this place again. They had zero customer service. No wonder why the wait was zero minutes… Haircut

This great clips was so good! My hair cut took about five minutes which was the quickest hair cut I have ever had because my hair is so thick. And, it turned out great! My hair stylist was named Rachel and she was so good! And nice too! She was the most friendly hairstylist there. So if you are ever in need of a haircut and are in the area, ask for Rachel!

Absolutely a joke… I went in last Saturday for a haircut. I have pretty long and thick hair and I was out in about 10 minutes. The layers in my hair are so uneven I can’t wear it down until it grows out. There’s no “fixing” it unless I wanted a bob. The women who cut my hair seemed to be in such a hurry she couldn’t even section my hair to cut it. During the cut, my part shifted and she didn’t fix it so now it’s uneven on each side. Save some money and go to a real salon and not just someone who is “licensed”.
