Another five star cut for me. I can’t remember the ladies name but she was a middle aged lady with blonde hair back in a ponytail and brother she was fast friendly and good. One of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had. I will try to get her again. The only thing I don’t like about Great Clips is they don’t allow you to request who cuts your hair. They rotate the employees and requesting is just not allowed. Other than that the price is good the people are great the place is clean my favorite place to go! I’ll be back.

Did an online checkin to get haircut I walked in lady that asked what I needed I told her fading she heard shading the manager was super rude to me looked me up and down like I was scum—I am dressed professionally btw—on my lunch break—and I showed her what I wanted on the back she said we do haircuts not fancy stuff? Um ok every other great clips has done it I said ya ok I’m sure you’re lying wth? Are you kidding? Won’t be coming back here! Poor attitude! Wow! I give this place no stars!

This location refused to honor their discount haircut coupon that I had received in the mail. It was NOT expired but I was told the Code on the mailing was “invalid”. The shop manager said there was nothing they could do. So, I was forced to pay the full price. I called Great Clips customer service and the person on the phone said that there was nothing they could do but that someone would call me back. No one has called back. Poor customer service in my opinion.

This location did not honor a Great Clips coupon that I had. Also if I like the barber that last cut my hair, I cannot have them cut my hair again, they use a rotating system and tell me I cant wait for that person to cut my hair. I was told, “thats not how we do things here”!

Terrible experience, the young lady had Terrible clippers, she pulled out as much hair as she cut. I did ask her to use a different pair of clippers, she was hesitant about it but the lady in the booth next to her gave her a pair to use. She seemed very hurried/rushed. She seemed to be having a bad day and was rude when I asked her a question. I don’t enjoy paying someone for a bad experience, much less to hurt me. Hopefully the young lady will make the changes needed and get better.
