I went in and already off the bat the woman doing my hair was rude. I told her what I wanted to get done today which she seemed fine with doing, but after all was said and done my hair looked absolutely butchered. My hair was cut far shorter than what I asked for, it was no where near even & there were still long chunks of hair sticking out from the cut in the back. I am having to resort to paying more somewhere else to hopefully get it fixed but I will definately not return to or recommend this hair salon.

Terrible experience! Took my daughter with long hair for a 2-3 inch trim and asked for V-cut shape. The lady who was cutting her hair had to consult with her other two colleagues what and how to do it. She still was not sure so she got a scotch tape and taped her hair down to create a V shape. You kidding me? When I saw that we wanted to just leave. That’s when another stylist came and took over. I know there is a labor shortage in almost every industry but you should not apply or hire someone who can not provide you with the service you are requesting. Disappointing and scary. Will not return to this specific location!

The food and service are not the same. My broccoli was too hard to eat. Spoke with cashier and she said it was grilled. Paid extra for mushrooms which were forgotten in meal. Chicken was not cooked well. Not happy with service. Will not be back.

There is no reason to come here. The last 3 times I have come here it has taken me 3 hours to get my haircut. I have had to come back to get my hair fixed and still it ended bad. I do not recommend coming to this location.

I’ve been here twice now and will never go back. The first time I received a decent cut, which I couldn’t complain about for the price. I returned last week for a trim and I showed the stylist how long I wanted my hair. She ended up taking off more than two extra inches. It is horrible.

My kids love to get their hair cut here. It always starts with a friendly greeting when you walk in and they make getting your hair cut an enjoyable experience. The online check in system is great, you can see how busy they are and I can put our names in the queue before driving over if needed.
