Hope went above and beyond. I asked for a couple inches off with layers. She took that simple request and turned my hair into a masterpiece. I was not expecting to walk out of there feeling like I’d gone to a high end salon. She talked me through every step to let me know what she was doing and why, what would look better, and how to style it after. What a gem. Thank you, Hope! I cannot recommend her enough!

I showed the girl photos to get an idea of the hairstyle I wanted. Once she told me to put my head down, it was too late. She cut it 3 inches SHORTER than I asked!!! I like long layers, I have too many layers and the length is too short. I can’t do anything with this hairstyle but wait for it to grow out! Horrible experience.
