This was litterally the worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten it left me crying for 5 hours after my hair cut . The last decided to cut a huge section of hair across my forehead leaving me with about an inch of hair that sticks up and I’m unable to hide. Not only did I never ask for this cut it was done insanely uneven and not straight . I feel insanely stupid looking and ugly now and will look stupid for the next few weeks because the lady I PAID to do my hair blatantly ignored what I had requested and all I requested was simple curtain bangs which I practically already had.I explicitly explained I did not want them past the legnth they were already at and still there’s a huge chunk of my hair missing for what reason? I didn’t request that. The lady also caught me with the comb and poked my eye various times without even apologizing for what she did just told me to keep my head straight.

The Staff is excellent. They went out of there way to help us out of a bind. My daughter was supposed to get married last June but they canceled until this year. Well the salon that was going to do our hair canceled. I called a lot of different salons and they were all booked. So I called Great Clips in Mount Joy. Within 5 minutes of talking with one of the stylist an appointment was made & the problem was solved.

My husband and my son have been trying to get a haircut for 3 days. The wait was over an hour for the past 3 days. Today I checked them in online it was already a 40 minute wait. We got there and waited 20 minutes over what it said we were going to have to wait. There were 3 stylists there today. The other days there were only two. My suggestion to the business, it’s always better to have enough stylists and to have to send someone home then not have enough. Someone will always be willing to go home. Obviously business is extremely steady right now since I have been trying to get haircuts for days. To the customer if it continues like this I will absolutely be going somewhere else and would suggest you do the same. I have been to many other great clips and have never encountered a problem like this.

I had a coupon for a $7.99 haircut so I wasn’t really expecting much for that price. I was pleasantly surprised! The place was packed with people with their coupons but the stylist took their time with me and what I wanted and gave me a great new look! I highly recommend!
