The attitude of the staff here is reflective on the business as a whole. The “estimated” wait time is a terrible system and is rarely accurate, but more importantly, I wouldn’t want anybody cutting my hair that had the demeanor of the staff there. I walked in at 3:45p after adding my name to the online list at 2:03pm (screenshot taken for proof) which gave a wait time of 110 minutes. After not seeing my name on the list (4 names total), The person at the front was extremely rude about my name not being listed, and addressed her other coworker to deal with the issue. She then mentioned she took my name out since it had been 168 minutes, and mentioned the system kicks people after a certain time. I’d imagine that would not be the case given the allocated wait time given, but the math didn’t add up either. Why would she “take my name out”, if the system hadn’t even reached the estimated wait time yet to boot people? It’s obvious neither of them wanted to be there, and they were just booting people to speed up the process.

Always friendly and do a good job. Very reasonable prices. Definitely have to check in online though. Otherwise people that did will keep walking in and bumping you further down the list. Seems to be the best, most convenient place to get a haircut in Geneseo. Haircut

Frustrated with walk in service. No one waiting in chairs. Thought I should be next. On line sign up people kept coming in and I was continuously pushed down the list. What is the point of saying walk ins welcome? Not all have access to the on line appointments. I did try to check in before opening at 11:00 on a Tuesday but would not let me until store was opened??
