I brought my grandson here today because his Barber was closed, my grandsons here came out old uneven, I was trying to tell her what I needed done, it came out awful. I would not recognize the place for children especially boys. My daughter was very upset when I brought him home. Then after when I checked out I realized I had a coupon and because she already rang me out and she would not let me use it an said I could use it some other time. Not that I will ever go back there again. I will be calling management to ask for refund. Was not happy at all but this facility.

I never write bad reviews but I just had to for the cut my son received. It took two girls to cut my sons hair because one of the girls was feeling sick and couldn’t proceed with his hair cut. They asked to see the photo of his normal cut about four times and still gave him a bowl cut in the front, and short, uneven cut on the sides and in the back. I hated his cut immediately but I didn’t have confidence in the girls to fix his hair so we paid and left. I would not recommend though because of the w experience we had. I have been to the norwich location in the past and the hairstylist named briana did an amazing job on his hair, but that wasn’t the case at this location.

I went in for a haircut and wasn’t too fond of the outcome, so I called and they were so nice about it! I got in a few days later and they fixed it for me and blow dried it and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left and I greatly appreciated them making me feel OK about it

I would not recommend this place if you have curly hair, my son haircuts are always messed up and if you are looking for a clean fade this is not the place, overall is overpriced and u might end up with a wacky hair cut.
