Haircuts were fine customer service not so much. Girl decided to choose me to cut my hair over my son’s rushed the other girl to finish up other customer cleaned her station so she wouldn’t cut my sons hair. Proceeded to give me an attitude about how she called my name over my son’s. Sorry my son comes first over me. The girl who cut my sons hair was very interacting with my son and seem to love her job. The one the cut mine seem to hate hers. People like that we’ll bring your business down. And I’ll be taking my business elsewhere because of it.

I’ve had all of the stylists cut my hair, in the Northampton Salon. Each did a GREAT JOB !! I’m in and out, in 20 minutes, nothing easier than that, and I usually don’t have to wait more than 10 minutes to be next up . Haircut

Okay, can be hit or miss. Prices could be better- simple trims can be had down the road for less. What’s decent about this place is the location- right next to Stop and Shop and Liquors 44 on Route 5 (aka King Street) in Northampton, so you can get your cut and shopping done in one quick jaunt. Great Clips takes walk-in clients and parking is convenient. Handicap accessible.

This place lacks consistency. I’ve gone in and had hair cuts I love l, but not today. The girl put in minimal effort into understanding what I wanted. She cut as little hair as possible as I continued to say I wanted it to be lighter, more textured and short only to stop when she wanted and put product in my hair just to charge me the full price. She spent more time moving and combing my hair then actually cutting it. I’m extremely mad and will not being going here again when she’s working.

Usually go to Super Cuts but the bad reviews lead me to check out Great Clips. In the past I have been warned to stay away from places such as this, but I refuse to pay $35-60 for a simple hair cut. More money does NOT always mean “better”! Saw the reviews recommending David – went in tonight and happened to get him! The place was very clean and very quiet, so it was an easy in and out for me! David was very friendly, professional, and did a great job with my hair! I will be back to see him, definitely recommend! Love the hours here too, very convenient. Love this place. Walk INS are accepted however they prefer you use their app to schedule an appointment. I have never had a long wait for a haircut. Senior prices are $16 for a quality cut. Dave is a great stylist and personable too. You won’t be disappointed at a great style for a good price.
