This may be a long post, but it’s worth the read. I recently had my hair done here and it didn’t turn out as planned. Some times people’s hair is just different from others. I also don’t think that I explained what I wanted clearly. I spoke with Jacey about what I thought was wrong and she got me in quickly to fix it at my convenience, which was late in the evening. When arriving, I was met by the owner, (extremely nice). She went over the formulas and the science behind it all, which I would never understand Then she ask me a series of questions. This was all to find out what happened and what could be done to fix it. Not one time did either of them make me feel like a burden, an inconvenience and that they were troubled at all. Jacey fixed it and it turned out great! While I felt terrible for complaining, they however just wanted me to be happy. She would not let me pay, but I did buy some of their amazing products. If you haven’t tried them, give it a shot. If you have tried them and something went wrong, give them another chance, because don’t we all need a little grace. Extremely satisfied customer ❤️

I visit Genie Dean every 10 days at the salon to get my head shaved. As a partially bald man she spends an ample amount of time with me. Trims me down, shaves it clean and touches up my eyebrows and neck line. I’m not their typical customer but they always spend the time to make me feel and look fantastic.

Genie is our hair goddess, literally my entire family goes to her. Both of my grown children have natural, luscious curls and only trust her to touch them. I am a natural blonde in my late 40’s and starting to grey some. She keeps my blonde looking amazing with high and low lights. The cut she gives me is so good I can sleep with a bun, then let it down and flip it, and not have to do anything else to it, like the rest of the day. Thought I was going in for a tattoo and left with a cut and some sexy brows. Was upset I didn’t get my butterfly tat on my ankle but the gals cheered my up with great stories. There’s a really nice guy that hangs out in the back. He offered water and/or a snack while I waited. Not sure what’s in the back but he smelled really nice. Maybe they do massages or make there own shampoos. Just figured that’s the nice smell maybe. Hey, either way ima going back even if just to see what smells so nice in there…
